Today I took my children and myself to visit the Florence model home and from the second we stepped past the office into the home they've been very enthusiastic! They took off immidealty to wander the house at lightening speed at first, then circling around to join me again to go through it one room at a time.
This is the first time in a long time they've bubbled up with excitement and actually started talking about all the things they loved about having a house. It was a side a very rarely see.

I am in love with this home. It's beautiful. It's not too big and not too small. Since I've visited I've shared 85 pictures of the model with my family and friends. I've begun reading blogs on others who have built this model. I think this is our home, it's perfect.
Love it! We are building a Florence and haven't even seen a model of it. We have only seen the Sienna and Ravenna. We have heard the Florence is a wonderful perfect size floor plan. So excited!!

DeleteThis is the exact model in the subdivision we just signed a purchase contract in! MoAT? We got #92. We are signing our final adjustments tomorrow. Scary!!
ReplyDeleteHello. We are under contract and i share the same feeling. My hubby was eyeing the venice with 4 br but when i saw on website the florence and had an option to make the loft room to become another bedroom, we all immediately agreed to choose the florence. We already met with our proj manager and the house has the foundation already. We are so excited especially my kids. I wanted a house thats energy efficient, practical size and a spacious kitchen. Right now were in the process of selling our current house. We hope everything will be in good timing. Wish us luck!
