Our lot is graded nothing like the contours on our plan indicates... they only touch the ground they had to disturb to build the house even if the grading plan shows the entire lot to be re-graded. Call corporate or show your pm and sr and let them know you are walking away unless it can be fixed. They count on us being emotionally invested in our home to just take it.
